It's the OT. It's not allowed. Posters must act like bad asses at all times.

She said something about her inlaws wanting things to be quiet when they visit so they can read.

She should just go watch in another room then. Just seems like she is making a huge deal over something small.

But I also don't really care about football and I like my mother in law, so I'm opposite for that girl.

There is a difference between a woman liking football and one being obsessed with it like the woman in that thread led on.

I think people in that thread were just trying to point out that some women act like they LOVE football because they think it makes them look cooler to other men.

Yea. That is certainly something that no one likes, but I also think women can be just as intrigued about sports as men. When it's fake that is totally different.

i think girls should be pretending to like hockey more than football. if these football aficionados were smart, they'd realize hockey players are waaaaaay sexier.

that is all.

What difference does it make?

But to assume that's what that woman is doing, is just that...an assumption. Maybe she really is like that in real life but you can't tell by what she said in that thread. Yeah, saying it's a holy day or whatever is extreme and could put her more in the obsessed category but who cares. Does it mean that she's trying to look cool for anyone? If she never said she was a woman, that thread would be so different.

I mean, I love football and I pretty plan on doing nothing but watching football all day on opening day but I'm not throw a conniptuon fit over my in laws coming into town. This more about her being a drama queen than a football fan

Agreed which is why the football thing shouldn't even be discussed. It's whatever.

I know what it's like to be shite on by in laws. No fun. She needs to work with them and not just say no.

I wouldn't throw a conniption, but I'd be pissed.

I would just say, "ok thats fine, tall can have the house for the whole weekend, I'm going to the camp to watch football, eat and drink all weekend. I'll see you Monday"
