Yeah it will be boring. I was supposed to have an appointment at 10 but she backed out. My brother said he told others I will be here at 10 so we shall see if anyone comes in. I will be out of here by noon though. Trying to decide if I want to cook when I get home.

Always enjoyed the first game three-day weekend with LSU .. NFL season used to start this weekend before they pushed the Super Bowl back to February ..

Yeah it sucked to drive from Houston Saturday morning only to have the game cancelled. I have to pick my trips these days and I could have gotten drunk here instead of 4 hours away.

That sucks. I've started avoiding early season trips to BR for pretty much that reason -- good chance of rain and if you don't get rain you're going to bake in the heat.

These Labor Day weekend games seem cursed .. We had the Katrina, ASU game, the 10AM Gustav kickoff, the tropical storm a few years back (we were on the road), and now this -- and I know there were others not mentioned ..
