Good khakis you like?

I got a little cavalier with some recent spring cleaning, gave away/retired a whole bunch of clothes and decided to part with a good portion of my khakis inventory... some were just older and for the others I just decided I wanted to change the cut/fit.
I prefer 514s for Levi's jeans (also own 505s), so I'd like something similar in cut to how those wear. They're on the slimmer/well-fitted side.
To cut to the chase, where do you guys find you like the khakis? Don't want to blow out the bank but I'd be open to getting two or three high-quality pairs to get my inventory back to where it should be. Really would like to focus on avoiding baggier/old-man fits.
ETA: Primarily looking for non-pleated

Double pleated khakis from Sears. Only way to go.

I like the Brooks Bros khakis. They make a summer weight that I have had excellent luck with. Various fits/cuts.
They are good, but you can get similar quality for less.

I actually wear the Levi Khakis. They come in the same fits as the jeans. I rock the 514s too. 505s aren't for me. Even have some 559s for relaxing.

I've got khaki colored levi's too, several pairs- I'm looking for true chino/twill though as I still consider these denim. They're what I am using in the meantime as a substitute
