the cop accused him of stealing the cap and gown. He is saying he got his degree. He did graduate. Not stolen

The cop was calling him neeger and accusing him of stealing, etc. This dude was saying he isn't going to get into an argument. The cop is not bothering him. It would be like a poster on here saying "i'm not going to feed the troll"
