I am going to have a boy in about 5 weeks. I am a little nervous given that it is my first child but really excited at the same time.

Don't plan on sleeping the first two days. Take more pictures and videos than you think you'll want/need. They grow up way too fast, and you'll wish you had more.

My baby girl is 13 weeks old and she's already so different. It's amazing seeing them change everyday. You'll love it.

Get the extra stitch, you'll never get to use it but it will be there.

It's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be as long as they are healthy. If they have an issue is when it gets tough.

Don't put the scented vaseline on his circumcision. Don't ask how we learned this lesson.

Congratulations! My wife and I have a 2.5 week old boy at home, and he is also our first.

I really have no advice seeing as I'm only a couple of weeks experienced. All I can say is it truly is a blessing having a child, and I don't think anyone could explain it until mine was born.

Enjoy every moment of it. You only get ~18 years with them growing up, make them worth their memory. They grow up fast.
One minute you are talking about your 7 y.o. and the next he's asking for the keys so he can go out.

Why would you need a DNA test in ARky? it wouldnt prove anything since you, the mother, and all your siblings and cousins sharethe same DNA

Congratulations. You will do a great job.

Be patient and support his Mother. It's a lot tougher on her than it is you.
