Gaining admittance to the kingdom of heaven should not require a tip to the priest performing the rights required to do so, Imo. I'm pretty sure when St Peter is reading the ledger to you of your sins, "failure to tip your priest for baptism" won't be on it.

I don't know, maybe $100 - more if you are a big time sinner?
ETA: Just looked it up in MSMoney, and we "tipped" $200 for the last one. We know the priest and figured he could do something nice for himself.
