I think you can go to a nearby library and get them for free. I gotta get some soon, though I'm eager to hear the numbers of idiots who try to watch it without glasses.

I hear there are some knockoffs out there that are unsafe. Find a welding hood with a dark lens.

Our library ran out before noon the first day. They had around 200 pair.

I see eBay has them listed from $20-100/pair and people are bidding on them.

1. Buy $5 sunglasses at WalMarks
2. Print out several hundred small labels that say "Eclipse."
3. ????
4. Profit

these things are like coat hangers, they keep piling up. i'm up to 16 pair at last count.

they're giving them away at practically every event going on in nashville in the last month.

the realtor that sold our house sent us a package with 5 pair and a package of eclipse gum

she's earned my loyalty to pass her info along to other people wanting to buy/sell their homes.

Warby Parker was giving them away for free the other day. I thought they were 3D glasses, and didn't even remember the eclipse, so I didn't grab any.
