Can anyone explain to me how you name a dish that is 10% Mushroom, 70% Zucchini, and 20% Chicken "Mushroom Chicken"?

You didn't pay attention to the percentages I listed at all, did you?
The chicken is fine, there's not enough mushrooms, and there's more zucchini than the rec-room at a convent.

Unless you're in an airport, there's no good reason to eat at Panda Express. There's a local Chinese joint in half the strip malls/shopping centers in Baton Rouge. All of 'em are better than Panda Express.

it's the same reason that restaurants name a sandwich "guacamole sandwich" and then put a half teaspoon of guac on it. the name sells the sandwich, the expensive ingredients are minimized as much as possible, and as long as there is at least some, you can't be sued.

For fast, cheap Chinese, I like panda. The food seems much fresher and less questionable than the strip mall joints that are all the same. You can actually see them prep the food. No back room recycling, no stuff reheated over and again.
