I know a few folks who do this. They make sure to have gym memberships, cook a lot, and watch EVERY fricking thing on tv,netflix,etc.

how far north? like Canada north or northern USA?
I lived in Alaska for about a year, several yrs ago, but during the winter it was beyond cold and the all day darkness really fricked up at first
