Morning everyone.

Hello DPH, Dave and a couple of others...

Geez, I heard the washer running upstairs...suddenly water dripping DOWNSTAIRS....My sweet daughter, in trying to be productive, put on a load of clothes...She had switched to a medium-sized load but failed to put it exactly on the medium mark. The machine failed to advance causing the water to continue...over the washer tub, through the bottom, onto the laundry floor, and down....down...What a mess. Through the usual sheetrock penetrations...light fixtures, air registers, seams....
