I have not gone to a doctor.
But yes, drinking is bad for IBS.
I will never give up drinking, though, so no point in them attempting.
I've been doing well. Drinking a lot more water, and eating muuuuuuch smaller portions. It was overfilling my stomach that was killing me after lunch.
Also taking medicine as a preventative (instead of once symptoms start) for times when I don't want the issues to hit.. like not being in a very private place.

Bistro Byronz is my favorite. Galatoire's patio is nice too.
Chelsea's has a small patio. Zippys has a fun one, but it's not "dining" as much as just grab n go.
I just made my birthday reservations at Martinique Bistro in New Orleans because of the garden patio. (Though depending on finances, might say frick it and go all out at August)

Pizza just exists to me. I don't think of it when I think of restaurants, honestly. It's more of a "too lazy to cook" kind of thing.
