I've been up for over an hour. I've lost the ability to sleep at night. I got two hours last night and took an hour nap during the day, and I just woke up after three hours wide awake.
This sucks! I've never had trouble sleeping in my life.

Melatonin works wonders..would highly recommend. Only thing I didn't like about it was the weird dreams it'd make me have..then again, I do have quite an imagination

I haven't even looked at solutions since this just started happening. I hate taking medicine though. I have an addictive personality. I will heavily rely on anything I add to my regimen.
