Nurse, contact his insurance company.

The woman is always at fault.

No, she needs to contact HER insurance company and let them take care if it.

Or just call his insurance company and they will do an investigation. Her insurance company doesn't need to know anything.

Waste Management, they sponsor the Phoenix Open these days.

What? Her insurance company will try to make sure the investigation proves him at fault. That's why she pays them. His insurance company will attempt to put the blame on her so they don't have to pay.

Oh okay. Yeah. Those seem like the types who would get a lot of hookers.

I figure your insurance is going to handle it.

Her insurance should take of that. Why deal with that hassle?

I dont trust insurance companies. I'd want to know the claim has been filed.

NEVER contact your insurance company until after you've contacted the at-fault party's carrier. If they handle it, you don't want to put your carrier on notice you were in an accident. If the other carrier doesn't handle it to your satisfaction, then call your carrier.

Cause I already called my insurance and gave them all the info. Including all the insurance info, vin numbers, addresses, etc for all 5 cars involved. I mean, wouldn't they go after his insurance if he is at fault? Why should I fight his insurance on my own when I can have them do it for me? I mean...I pay enough each month for insurance for that right? And if I had to pay my collision deductible to the body shop? Wouldn't I get reimbursed from his insurance if he is indeed found at fault?

if you have it all figured out then why did you ask
