Nurse....I had my bottom gums grafted yesterday to repair recession......holy frick....for a couple of hours last night I didn't think the hydrocodone was going to do the job....whew....luckily the pain has subsided and I'm just stiff and swollen now

I had to have gum stuff done for a crown once(not grafting, they had to cut some of mine down to make a crown fit). Yeah....that stuff hurts like hell afterwards.

They did what's called a pinhole technique for most of it...but my fronts were so non existent they had to graft....I'm just happy the pain is gone today.....I was worried I'd be dialing that emergency number

Happy last numerical consecutive run date for almost 20 more years. We'll still have the good old 8-8-16 and 6-12-18, etc...

Thanks, I guess. Mine will eventually be build up over a couple of teeth with receding gums. I can get cadaver gum material as an alternative with much less insult.
