All I heard was "Yo! Hol' up! Hol' up!" Had he wanted to, he would have wrecked her shop. He had her dead to rights from the word go. Chick was doneso. Then she got him rear nekkid choke and really no one was surprised.

I think you're discounting a lot of the techniques she actually utilized during that brief exchange.
She escaped headlock, defended a takedown, escaped from the mount, took his back, and then slapped on a rear naked choke.
And she did each move fluidly and with forethought.

that depends on a lot of things
rousey is not nearly as strong as you think she is, and that alone makes a huge differnece. i mean theoretically, a fat frick with very limited athleticism could completely frick her up by falling on her. his weight would be too much for her to handle (literally)
the difference in strength, esp upper body, is amazing, too

Whelp, we'll never know. It'd still put money on Rousey with the years of grappling experience vs your average schmoe.
