Is there any way to cross the Amite river? I live in Walker and work in downtown BR.

If all else fails you could go north to St. Helena and cut across north of Pride Port Hudson.

Stay off the roads. People are still being rescued. Don't need any vehicles out there just to stare at a computer and talk to their coworkers about damage all day. Power is out all over the city. Stay home.

Griswold, I totally agree with you but remember unfortunately there are a lot of yahoo bosses out there. Very sad.
