Bad title for the subject matter.

Based on the mug shots on tv this is mainly African-Americans killing African-Americans. Thisa appears to be some sort of a trend across the U.S. The Baltimore mayor recently fired the police chief because the murder rate rose sharply. Coincidentally, perhaps, but it rose immediately after the death of (I forget his name), reportedly due to cop treatment. LEOs were told to back off .... by the mayor.

Here is what the big picture is, Due to a few incidences where cops killed young black men, some admittedly being bad shootings, many departments have been told to go a little easier on the arrests. Other cops have backed off on their on. The bad guys know this and are taking advantage of the situation. This is causing the death rate of young black men to rise. It appears to me we can't have it both ways - less confrontations between LEO and thugs while thugs shoot less of their own. Strange how that works. I don't hear Obama, A.S. or J.J. talking about that. It would appear that WE DON'T want to have THAT TALK.

I wonder how many young black men that were killed in Chicago recently look like Obama's kid if he had a son.

NOTE: I am not now nor will be a LEO.

jk - I upvoted. Things will never change though. Obama, JJ, AS, etc are never going to go to Chicago and talk to their blacks their. There is no money in that.
