Filed two-and-a-half years ago, the suit was launched when one consumer noticed five-ounce cans of Starkist were slightly under-filled. While the short-changing wasn’t noticeable to most people, it saved the company a ton of fish (and money). However, the fishy practice has backfired.

Which one are you guys going to take? I think I'll go with the cash, even though $25 isn't much for an OT Baller

I'm taking the tuna. I plan to spread it all across my neighbor's yard so that he is swarmed by stray cats that will shite all over his stuff.

I did that this morning. A co-worker sent it to me

My wife eats a ton of tuna so I have little doubt she qualifies. I signed her up

Give me the tuna. That's pretty much a lifetime supply of tuna sandwiches.

I changed my mind and went with the tuna. Here's the LINK to file your claim. Takes about two minutes.

$50 worth of yellowfin filets? Yeah, I'm taking that over $25. I just spent $48 on two filets Monday

There needs to be a $12.50 & $25 tuna option. That way you get some bread & tuna

Considering that I've eaten maybe 3 tuna sandwiches in the last 10 years, that's a lifetime supply.
