Get a job on a freighter. If possible, live with family when not working and own nothing.

I would tell my parents to shut up and play video games for a living.

totally depends on how much money you have. If I had a steady guaranteed 3 to 10k a month to burn I would be in South America most likely

If I had more that, it would open many more doors in the US and beyond

I just parked in my expansive driveway, tightened up some bolts in my shop, and threw the ball with my dog in the front yard.....all in Metairie.

I'm sorry it isn't 1983 so I could tell you to move to Dallas like I did. Not many of those marriages lasted, but it sure was fun.
