Someone on one of the news channel facebook post commented saying they have been smelling that gas leak for nearly a year...stupid girl, probably first time she has ever mentioned this too..

Did they own the servitude out to Stanford?


I had a planned development in the works, but I really wanted/needed that servitude to make it work.

they upgraded the lift station recently. The equipment in the photo are finishing up the project.

No they hate it, which is why I'd have to work out a deal with them. Either purchase or lease rights through the potential HOA

ETA: all is moot , b/c of fricking flood insurance codes now
