Garage Door installation/price question

Called Overhead Door Co. today to give me a quote on installing a garage door. For materials and labor they quoted $1950 for a 16 foot door. Included in this price is for putting an electrical outlet on my carport ceiling and they will also build out the opening with hardy plank since my opening is around 18 feet. We are getting the standard panels and a standard color. No special ordering here. Does this price sound about right? First time doing this. Also, do you have another company that you could recommend? Thanks in advance. LINK /

That's not out of line. I'd call Jeff Howard with Door Tech and let them quote you. They do great work and are very reasonable. And if you have problems they have a great service department.
I would advise getting an insulated door. Not much more expensive and much more quiet and solid.
Overhead Door did one for me and had trouble with service. Door Tech has done all the rest including 5 a few months ago on a bldg for me. Great company.
