Frontier is the worst company/internet provider on the planet

I pay for 15mbs and I am lucky to get 1.3mbs. Yes, you read that right. I understand the difficulty that comes along with providing service in my relatively rural area of WNC. Doesn't excuse them from the way they completely misrepresented their services. Couple that with their piss poor customer service, and they can eat a giant bag of aids dicks. I've been on hold for 35 minutes and I don't give a damn if it takes 11 hours to get through, I am cancelling service tonight.

Every ISP is like this. I can't wait until Fiber is everywhere and they are forced to up their service to not get shut down.

1.3. Is that over wifi or directly connected to modem via Ethernet. If it's. It directly connected to their modem, they're gonna tell you to frick off. Just saying.

It's directly connected through my modem. They have nothing to hide behind.

Have them check your modem for T4 timeouts or any 2-4 hour period where the modem did not send its signal levels to the company.

I agree. Its neck to neck with them and spirit.
I've had to deal with those airlines on multiple occasions. Then their computer systems crash or they go on strike in the middle of a layover

They arent upping anything, w/o extra charges.
They give us shitty service, with high prices, and no one gives a fark, who could do something about it.
It amazes me how poor of phone/cable service we have, to even many 3rd world nations.
ATT for christs sake, actually charged $20 for 1.5meg. They changed it to 5meg as low. but give me a break with the 1.5meg, that should be free.

I thought the same thing until I called my neighbors to see if they were still getting internet. They're still getting the same shitty service. It's come back but now fluctuating between 1.1-1.3

I can't complain much about Cox, but they have their moments. Every ISP sucks at some point.
