It should be the 10 most conservative, anti-weed states in the country. Then maybe those stupid assholes who still oppose it will finally understand how big of a deal it isn't.

culturally speaking, alcohol is not our culture but getting inebriated from drugs are the norm here.

the only difference is that Louisiana cannot and will not make enough money from just alcohol and other drugs the way that marijuana can become a new type of crop currency related to the gold standard.

In other words, with all the money going to stupid shite here in LA, we can use the money generated from marijuana to help fund "not-so-stupid" shite.

Don't get me started on the subject of marijuana economies

Get out of here five o. You have imprisoned humans over marijuana. Do a little research on the substance and you'll realize marijuana has only been illegal since the 1930s until now. Literally every other point in time weed has been legal. You sir are an idiot taking orders from highers up to secure money for themselves. Have a nice day.

Louisiana would be a fricking win. Think about Nola and the revenue alone that would be created.

Drunk driving would decrease.

won't even support true medical marijuana.

We have that in California now. It's a joke, anybody who pays a doctor $100 and complains the have stress, or headaches or, you name it, gets a prescription. Tada! Legally smoke pot... I'm sure the proposition to make it legal here will pass next week. Has anyone bothered to noticed it's still against Federal law?

It would still fall under 14:98.

quote:

§98. Operating a vehicle while intoxicated

The crime of operating a vehicle while intoxicated is the operating of any motor vehicle, aircraft, watercraft, vessel, or other means of conveyance when:

quote:

(e)(i) The operator is under the influence of one or more drugs which are not controlled dangerous substances and which are legally obtainable with or without a prescription.
