I've never heard that. I also grew up drinking it. All the time.

Imagine your mom is cooking red beans and rice or jambalaya on a tv show with all black host and they asked her does she cook porridge.

Wait...Porridge is racist now?

It's not like he asked her if she made n***** aid or urnge drink. I know that's where people are trying to take it though.

It's hilarious that the things yankees see as "racist" are simply southern.

Soul food? It's southern food.

People across the south, of all stripes, have more in common cuisine-wise than all those white bread, Old Bay using, crayfish calling carpetbaggers.

Why did he even ask about fricking Kool-Aid to begin with?

Yep, asking aout kool-aid was really out of left field. You can tell the other two people in this segment were like "Well this just got awkward".

On a different note, this is the same FOXN anchor who thought it would be a bright idea to sue Hasbro.

quote:

Harris Faulkner filed the suit in U.S District Court Monday over the toy line's "Harris Faulkner Hamster" doll.
"Hasbro's false suggestion that Faulkner endorsed its product directly impugns Faulkner's journalistic integrity, by suggesting that she has entered into a business relationship with the company (when she has not) and that she has lent her good name to a demeaning plastic rodent (when she did not)," the lawsuit said.
The suit said the toy resembled her in complexion, shape of its eyes and design of its eye makeup.
Faulkner, 49, was also concerned by the warning on the toy's packaging that indicates the doll is a choking hazard.

Within days Schnuckelchen. They also pointed out that you should notice the little girl's reaction when Koolaid is blurted out.

First of all, it's "awkward."

Second of all, whatever he said to the blonde guy made him understand the question. I can't make out what he said, though.

That's why it's shitty tv for people to all talk at once.
