I found two places that restore photos and portraits in Jackson. Like many of you, I am trying to save portraits and photos that were flooded. Some are too much for home remedies. I'm using two places.

Deville Camera in Northeast Jackson and Browns Fine art and Framing in Fondren.

I figure the places left in BR are flooded with work right now. If time is of the essence, it might be worth a drive to Jackson to save something valuable to you.

But you'd have to go to Jackson.

I'd just as soon lose the photos.

You're stupid.

You have portraits made of kids that are decades old. Or grandparents or other relatives so you say screw it, I'll trash them instead of driving a couple of hours to save them. Yeah.

My wife took some old cracked and faded photos to Beyond Digital in Shreveport, and they did an impressive job of restoration.
