Record record record. It's a citizen's best and sometimes only defense.

The lesson to be learned here, "teach your children to NOT litter". You know, so they don't get choked out, have their mom tasered, and thrown in jail.

Why do people like that repeat the same thing over and over and over?

But that won't stop the paychecks from rolling in.

I guess getting in the cops face and yelling at him didn't work this time. Who knew?

Pretty disgusting have a cop sides with the man while even more than implying that it was OK for him to choke the child because the child littered.

Mom's going to get paid and hopefully they can move out of that crappy arse neighborhood. All though the cop may, keyword May, get fired he surely won't be charged for assault.

God help whoever her new neighbors are.

Not saying the cop made the right decision but they didn't help the situation any.

It's like people have forgotten simple civility.

The order of civility in this case appears to be, from least to most is
1. Strangler
2. Cop. A very close second
3. Woman

You put your hands on a stranger's kid, you're lucky if all the parent does is raise their voice.
