Food stamp fraud is little stuff compared to the fraud perpetuated by doctors, dentists and other health professionals.

The thing that pisses me off about the food stamp recipients isn't so much about them working the system; it's that there is always, always, always some fricking issue at checkout that causes them to take 30 fricking minutes to get out of there. I've learned to spot them because their carts are always ridiculously packed with shite. I'd rather stand in line behind 10 customers without food stamps that 1 customer with them because somebody always hits the pause button.

It real isn't much in the grand scheme of things. People get upset because they see someone get some shrimp or steaks and use the LA Purchase card but if you look at the dollars, way more is abused in other places.

Agree. At least they are professionals that provide a legit service. These assholes do nothing to benefit society except promote being lazy.

So, a $4/day lunch x 20 school days = an additional $80/kid/month.
If they get breakfast, even at $2/day, that's another $40/kid/month.
So, assuming this Kaiser family has just 2 kids in public school, they are getting $370/month in "nutrition assistance."
Anyone else like to not have to spend $370/month to feed you kids or yourself?

Stop shopping where poor people shop or shut up.

THISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. I shop almost exclusively in stores where they do not accept LA purchase cards. My life is so much more pleasant now.

Right. And like it was said earlier, I wouldn't want to trade places with them. That might be the worst part, they could do so much better for themselves if they would just put in some effort. And once they realized any type of gains, they would probably have a different outlook on people abusing the system.

Not bad, eh? My kids make and take their lunch. Might not be cheaper, but they hate school food.
BTW my oldest has to eat outside if she brings her own lunch. Ain't that some crap?

Does Target accept LA Purchase? Would double the benefits of MILF hunting and shopping there

I remember when stamps tasted terrible and had no nutritional value. We didn't even think of them as food. Now they can support whole families. Science is amazing

I believe the average food stamp recipient receives about 25 dollars a week. I wouldn't let it eat me up inside.
$800 a month for a family of five IIIRC
More than most working people spend on groceries.

Is that average($800.00)or maximum?
So that's two meals a day...five people...ten meals...times 30....divided into 800 dollars...2.60 per meal....
