You need a high powered round to set that off...
So are they saying he was going to plant a block of tannerite somewhere in a crowded space, then get a safe distance away, then set up to take the shot, and THEN detonate it with that shot (assuming he hits his target) with no one noticing?
I'm no conspiracy theorist but it just seems a little too convenient that in the wake of the largest mass shooting in US history, some white devil with a car loaded with all the things progs would love banned happens to get stopped. And then flat out tells the cops he was going to attack a gay pride parade all decked out in camo.

I've used it a few times. I'm no expert And I could be wrong but I was under the impression that just plinking it with a 22 or a black cat wouldn't do the trick.
