Last time I was there the grounds were dirty, the elevator closest to our condo was broken for the entire 5 days we were there, and there was enough chlorine in the pool to dissolve a dead body. Our condo wasn't bad for the price, but maybe we were just there on a bad week? Regardless, the Mediterranean is much nicer.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the Phoenix Condos. The only nice one if on the other side of the bay.
Get a suite at the Perdido Beach Resort. They have a lot more to offer, it is a quick cab right to the Florabama, and is near some good eats
