Some distant family in Labadieville supposedly watched one and had a few rent houses messed up in the area

One of my employees lives in the Chackbay area near Appletree Drive. They just got power restored last night.

Surprisingly none of the 5 were stronger than EF-1

Looking at a map, Pierre Part to Napoleonville to Chackbay to Bayou Gauche is almost a straight line. Looks like one rotating storm that touched down periodically as it traveled generally west to east.

The Kenner one was a separate storm, and there was straight line wind damage in many other places.

we typically don't get strong ones below I10. Not claiming this as a fact just going off my recollection

I live in Chackbay and there was literally 15+ power poles down. It was crazy.
