First of the Bourbon Street shooters arrested

I've heard this started as a conflict over a woman earlier in the evening, and they ran into each other on Bourbon.

Jordan Clay, a 20-year-old resident of Lafayette, is in custody in St. Martin Parish, NOPD said Friday morning (Dec. 2). The second suspect, whose name has not been released, is still wanted.
Clay will be extradited to New Orleans on charges of second degree murder, NOPD said. His mugshot has not been released.
Police said both suspects knew each other and had a prior dispute before opening fire near the corner of Bourbon and Iberville streets.

I would be very interested in how they identified these two. NOPD isn't saying. Someone gave them up?

I'm a big fan of how New Orleans is catching the brunt of the people calling it a shithole, etc. when apparently the shooter(s) and almost everyone who got shot was from Acadiana.
