Rex is one of our most conscientious humanitarians around here. He's also our best known doggie-tarian.
Only downvote Rex when he posts something that's politically goofy, which is often. When he posts something interesting that is not political, why downvote?

I got several after a bout with the flu recently. Hadn't had one since being a kid. Forgot how painful those things can be.

Just like birthdays, these milestones mean less and less the more of them you reach.

Rex, its too late probably for meds to work, it has to be within 2-3 hours from the time it begins to itch. Next time you go to the doc, for any reason, ask him for a prescription of acyclovir. You may need it whenever you have a fever, or the first time you spend a lot of time in the sun in the spring, or sometimes if you eat a lot of acid foods - like tomatoes. Put a couple in your desk at work, in your vehicle and u will be covered, cause if you wait too late, meds are ineffective.

Thanks. I actually do have some Acyclovir, and always try to catch it on time. Yes, it does work, but these things can sneak up on a person and it's easy to be too late.

I've been getting fever blisters since I was in elementary school. They are a pain in the arse.

People are dumb, that's why.

When you feel one coming on spray starter fluid on it three times a day it will never amount to anything. Best remedy out there.

I assume you got it as a child from kissing your grandmother because I doubt you've ever had knowledge of a woman.

I hope you close your eyes and cover your nose when you do that.

I have to beat women off with sticks.
Posted on 4/19/16 at 7:24 pm to Rex
I bet you beat them off with both hands.

Are they dumb or is it simply bad manners and failure to appreciate your YouTube presentations?

good sir, you must ask your wife that question.
I get the impression you were in the relationship a long time.
if this just showed up, you are not alone in enjoying your wife.
some women are so stupid/naive that they kiss each other on the lips.
So maybe your wife is just too naive for modern times.
kissy kiss can be deadly.
Hep B can be passed on a toothbrush, (or by kissing).
