FEMA 30 minute test of emergency broadcast system on phones Oct 4th @ 2:20 ET?

People are so stupid and are freaking out about this. They think it’s going to be 30 min of beeping. The test window is 30 min. It won’t be a continuous test for 30 min long.

They did one of these tests in October 2018 and we all survived.

Right. If your phone is on and connected to a tower anytime within that 30 min period, you will get a notification, only once.
So if someone's phone is dead/off and gets turned on 25 min in to the period, it will get the message then.

Personally, I'm looking forward to the microchip upgrade that is being pushed out with these "tests". Many of people's microchips that they received via the COVID vaccine have been acting funny. They need a good upgrade and reboot. Maybe it will get people to start acting right again.
If it doesn't work, the CIA will have to rollout new microchips, and that's a pain in the butt.

If you got the vaccine I would turn your phone off and be somewhere where you won't be in reach of any other phones. I'm pretty sure this is how they will activate it.
