I put out my last cigarette.
Smoked 1-2 packs a day for many years. Hopefully some of the damage will reverse itself.

Congrats dude. Keep up the hard work. My dad quit for 35 years and when he would drink a beer he would say if he smoked one he could go back to smoking again like he never quit.

Congrats baw. 2 years here. Had 1 slip for Mardi Gras last year (funny how 1 cig can so easily turn into 2 packs) but not a single one since.

I broke the rules. They say don't use the gum and patches together. It can cause problems.
I used the strongest patches and gum you can get together. Then I started cutting the patches in half. Then quartered them. Then got rid of the patches.
Took me about 6-7 weeks to wean off the gum.
