Fatties, Break your chip addiction with popcorn

Recipe:
1/3 cup of yellow unpopped popcorn (makes 4.5 cups popped?)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Popcorn seasoning to taste
Mix that up in a bowl
Absolutely No butter.

Seasoning can be found in local grocery store in popcorn ilse. Tons of flavors. Ranch is my favorite.

That's it. You just substituted 1000 shite calories for about 650 (edited my fitness pal) healthy calories of whole grain carbs, fiber, healthy fat, and some protein (popcorn fills you up faster than chips). You'll be shredded in no time

Nah breh, those 650 (edited )healthy calories just helped fueled my hour of partying in the gym
