I wouldn't go that far since the cops said there was no way to tell the accident was alcohol related. I'm just saying this guy isn't going around killing people for fun or anything.

I feel like if you hadn't have been so eager to declare this guy guilty (and call people idiots) one minute after the thread was posted, you'd be a little more reasonable in seeing that the lack of evidence went way beyond reasonable doubt. There was a crowd of people around after the scene. Any number of people could have done it if an argument broke out.
I can't see how anyone can disagree with the verdict, or declare so definitively he was guilty amidst all the evidence saying otherwise.

There were witnesses who said shots were fired after the driver was shot, and none of them fingered the father. There a few articles linked in here.

Looks like he went through our legal system and is absolutely NOT a murderer. Good for him.
If a drunk ran over and killed my 2 children. I don't know what I would do. Probably what most suspect this man did but were unable to prove.

As with most of your arguments you choose to ignore the facts that don't agree with you.
There were numerous witnesses.
The cops who arrived after the the guy was shot heard gunshots.
There were other people in the car with the dead guy and they ran from the scene.
Edited to add: Lunchbox I don't know who else had motive. But it takes a lot more than motive to convict someone of murder. And in this case the prosecution had no other evidence but motive.
