McDonald's drive thru recognized him and told him the fries weren't ready. Told him to pull up; then they called Police.

I asked why they do the pull up one time when they made me do it. Drive thru worker said its because they are scored based on how many people they can get through the drive through per hour.

No, they are scored on time from the initial order to completion.

One person holding up the line for X will wreck the times of everyone behind them who isn't waiting on that item. One slow time is easily offset by a bunch of faster times.

Now THAT's worthy of $15/hr IMO.

The fries probably weren't ready. Then while he was waiting they realized who he was.

I used to work in fast food, and it's usually if they don't have enough product ready for that customer, but enough for the cars behind them, so product isn't wasted.

McDonald's on Old Gentilly Rd has a third window by the front of the store just for pulling up. Seems like corporate would be against that but it's McD's.
