F150 keypad code location

Is the master keypad code located somewhere for 2016 F-150? Bought a used truck from a dealership, they never gave me the card and claim it's not in the system. I rather not bring it in for $60 if I can locate it myself. I tried looking by the fuse panel but didn't see it. TIA

It's on a card that comes with the manual.
If you don't have it, you won't find it.

If you bought it from a Ford dealer, no way they should charge you for that.

I think mine was on a credit card sized card in the glove box with the rest of the documentation that came with the truck.

It should be printed on a sticker somewhere inside the cab. I think my old ford had it in an obscure place like behind the back seat or something

Here ya go. Either of these methods should work
Or
quote:
Put 1st key in ignition, turn on, turn off and remove, insert 2nd key, turn on and key code shows on dash info display.
Or
quote:
Look at the interior fuse panel It may have a sticker with a number like 12345g on it. if so then try the 5 digit number on the sticker. Ford has been putting the factory door code on most of them the past couple of years.

I think mine was on a little card in my glove box near the manual.
I know you can change the code on the entertainment screen, but I think you have to know the old code. Not sure.
If neither of them work, you said you bought it from a Ford dealership, right? If so, I'd take it back to the dealership and make them do it. If they say no, ask to speak to a manager. If it's the manager, ask to speak to his boss. Don't take no for an answer. That's bullshite.

Have a 16, can confirm that this works.
However, the code is different but the buttons sequence is the same. Top, top, second, fourth, top for instance.
Don't know if that makes sense.

OT coming through big tonight. Just tried the two key method on my '13 and it worked like a charm.
