Not all the time but sometimes.
Weirdest experience - I used to have dreams of a 2-story house out in the country - no neighbors. Road trip in Texas - I decide to take a different route than planned - last minute. Come over a hill and I see that house - I swear I could have walked into it and told you what every room looked like. Weird as hell feeling.

Serious reply..
Read a book about the brain. It is a glitch in your brain that gives you the impression of seeing a glimpse of something you've seen before.
There was a guy who was having it over 20 times a month in this book I read. They prescribed a medication and it went away.
All in the brain.

That day though, as soon as I walked in and the little bell rings, I felt this heightened sense of awareness. I felt it the whole time until I checked out. I noticed 2 guys walking in the store about that time and I was really feeling the eeriness of it all. When I turned back to face the cashier, she looked at me and said, "wow, I just got one of those déjà vu feelings." It was one of the strongest ones I ever had and that just made it worse.
That was freaky man

Read this book. It covers this and quite a few other things.

I've been following you around doing the exact same 5 things in the background everywhere you go

I have thought of songs and they have played on the radio minutes later. Older songs that wouldn't be in heavy rotation.

Not trying to scare you because I had the same thing going on for years until I did some research myself. I finally went to a doctor and he figured out it was temporal lobe epilepsy.

Brain processes what it is that you're seeing before the vision itself is actually processed
