All we have so far is a tweet from Brett Buffington, but it appears it occurred outside a salon on Lobdell by Jefferson.

Sources told WBRZ, the unidentified man went into the space of a building near the corner of Lobdell and Jefferson Highway. After a lengthy period of time of the man not returning from the crawl space, employees got concerned and called 911. Emergency crews responding to the situation found the man, sources said.

Could the employees not go look and find the guy? This type of behaviour is astonishing to me.
ETA: I think I may have misread this... was thinking "employees" as in other employees with the man. It's probably employees of the business he was under. In any event, you'd think someone would go there and holler... 'you ok bro?'
