The SAE kids in the video have to live with their decisions. All other members of SAE fraternity should not have to.

I don't find the SAE thing comparable.
It would be comparable if we knew the kids in the video spent time in advance of the video contemplating doing it, asked someone to video it, then watched the video and deemed it awesome and then, posted it basically saying, "look how fricking awesome we are".

Does that only apply to those whose opinions we agree with?
Personally, I'll continue to apply it only to those who are blindsided by having what they believed were private comments exposed to the whole world. Genuine "one minute mistakes" should generally be forgiven and forgotten. The time and effort he put into staging and posting the video make this a very different matter.

You could damn near 100% assure that anything remotely like this would never happen again with this guy.
I strongly, strongly disagree. You can't assume with 100% surety that he won't do exactly the same thing again. But even if he's learned not to post videos, you can 100% assure that he will continue to be a bully and a loathsome human being. If the book synopsis is even remotely accurate he still considers himself the victim and remains blind as to the reasons why the entire internet found his actions repulsive.

Yep.
I feel bad for the other Parker Rice (Okie Lite student who's no relation to the baffoon in the video).
He'll have to put a "no relation" disclaimer in his cover letters.

He exercised it, as he is free to do so. His former employer exercised theirs, and terminated him, and others exercised theirs and berated him. He wasn't arrested, so I fail to see how he was denied his freedom of speech.
Bingo, and far too many people forget this and think free speech means you can say what you want to anyone and there is no recourse. He found out that it doesn't work that way.

Maybe my favorite news story EVAH
This is the first I've heard of it but it is pretty awesome. He was so excited and so proud of himself.
It's so refreshing for the SJW PC tool to actually lose for once.

I just cannot understand what he hoped to achieve by doing that?
He stuck it to the man dude, took them for a cup of water and everything!

That's the funniest part as he was berating her. "Oh I'm having a great day and sticking it to Chik Fil A with my free water!"
