Everywhere I shop “what’s your phone number?” “Do you have a rewards card?” “Sign up for?”

I just want to buy the shite I am buying and leave. Went out shopping today and they ask all of these questions and then when I tell them I don’t want to give a phone number or email or I don’t want to sign up for their rewards program, they get a snot arse attitude

The worst is ACE Hardware and CVS

It’s very annoying every place I shop now

It amazes me how quickly people hand over their info for the sake of being nice.

For any of those places, try your area code & 867-5309. Someone has signed up using that number pretty much everywhere.

It's not a big deal. They are trained to ask you for it. Politely decline and go about your business.

It’s almost bad as tipping. “Press ok and then it’s gonna ask you a question…”

I don't get these questions at CVS or Ace, but I do get it at autoparts stores when I'm just buying some oil or a filter. "Oh it's for your warranty". A warranty on oil and a funnel?

At least most of them leave you alone the second you say you don’t want to sign up for that shite

10 years ago they’d hound you right there at the checkout counter

I just want to get gas and go. Instead

>> Insert Card
>> Reading …
>> Enter Zip Code
>> Are You A Rewards Member? Yes/No
>> Do you want a car wash? Yes/No
>> Do you want a receipt? Yes/No
>> Select Fuel & Remove Nozzle

Kill me

Found a gas station by my house that had Apple Pay, literally tap my phone and it beeps and then asks me to select fuel and it’s amazing

Don’t sweat it, they got all the info from those Yes/No questions and more from your phone and Apple Pay account.

I ask this to every customer that calls my office and asks for a quote.

It would be retarded to not ask or to provide.

MFING Tractor Supply!!! Thought I'd get some discounts if I joined their shite. Nope. I'm up in there at least once a week, spending a minimum of %50, and no savings for being in their club. But the cashier is always quick to ask for that phone number!

Tracking them purchases bro. We all probably got a 100 page report on all our info. So much for privacy.

Just give them the phone number and name of someone that you don’t like.
