Ever had a topic deleted for suspicious reasons?

Right before the 2012 National Championships, one of the LSU players told me that the Bama football team had been kicked out of their hotel and had to move to another location.
My first thought was, "Tigerdroppings needs to know this!" I posted it on the Tiger Rant and the SEC Rant and both were deleted within seconds of being posted.
Have you guys ever posted anything that the admins wanted to keep quiet? I'm not talking about your stupid racist comments

I'm sure it had more to do with being an unsubstantiated claim rather than the admins "wanting to keep it quiet"

except that I had someone who would have been in the know present the information. That's definitely the kind of information where people who have contacts are going to start calling in favors to keep it quiet

A few days before this past xmas I posted a pic of LF7 and this new fancy watch he must have received as a gift. I also posted a screen shot of a comment where Tyrann Mathieu told him to "watch out bro..." something to that extent. I'm not sure if he was talking about the watch or the shooting that happened at the mall on the westbank and made national news that day.

No, but I was sick when MeauxJeaux2 fuel mileage thread got deleted despite my multiple request for a sticky.
