I've fired several for it. It's not terribly difficult to find the ones doing it when I had regular server audits.

When I worked in banking they hired this private banker for a new area we were expanding into. Well, I walked up behind him one day to go over some things and he was watching a porn video of two dudes just going at it under a waterfall. He was married with two kids and another on the way.
He was fired two weeks before Christmas for not bringing in enough clients. Felt bad for the guy.

my boss had his wife in his office and they were searching for xmen stuff for his kids christmas present...he clicked on the website and it was a woman spread eagle about to get drilled. His wife said omg and he immediately called IT to report himself. he didn't get fired. When his wife left I went back in his office and asked what exactly he searched to pull up that website

Had a guy that was working with us through an employment service. To the guys he was just a boring guy who talked too much. Turns out, to the women, he was the guy showing them porn on his phone.

I worked with a guy who wasn't looking at porn on his work computer, but was nailing one of his "clients." Not only was he fired, but he was also sent to prison for it.

On my first day of training at a job, they were showing me how to login and use the programs on the laptop. My boss says something like "And please only use this computer for work related things.." and the other employee in the room yells "Just don't look at porn! OK?! Because that's what the last guy did!"

At my former job we had two get fired in one week. One worked in the security department in a somewhat middle mgmt role. Just stupid. He knew it was a no no.
The other guy was some kind of operator guy and he was using some third party website to allow him to access porn sites.
IT blocked his third party site and the dumbass sent a request in to have it unblocked. LOL

Someone that worked for me was caught looking at it by the controller of the company. He wasn't fired because his dad was the company's outside legal counsel. I ended up getting lectured for not having control over my team. Kid wasn't a bad guy just ignorant about the real world.

Guy at work asked me for help with his Outlook. I immediately saw that the problem was that he had a ton of stuff in his trash folder. When I went to empty it, he stopped me and said he wanted to "keep that stuff".
Turns out he'd been hoarding every nudie pic and video that people had sent him over the years. After I explained to him that keeping it in his trash folder meant that he was still in possession of it, and that it looked way worse that he had turned his trash folder into a designated porn repository, he deleted it all.
