This is mental illness, just like all dissociative disorders between the mind and body. The issue is our society promotes disfigurement as the cure to these illnesses, rather than therapy for the root cause

You can change how someone's face looks a lot with just makeup and photoshop/camera angles. She looks pretty much the same in a lot of pics on her insta as she did before the surgery. Maybe she has continued having them or maybe it's a bad Pic?
