Elk Place condos on Canal

Does anyone live there or in the condos across Canal? Seems like a terrible location for luxury condos.

They look very nice on the inside, but they are not going to be suitable for everyone because of all the culture that hangs out on that corner.

There are a whole lot of luxury hotels and condos going in there. I'd bet within 18 months that RTA stop will relocate, or be put under heavy patrol

they already place an NOPD unit out there at all times. Cant do much when the bus stop is still there. Its a major one too.
