Could have been an inside job. If an employee is collecting money for the registers you would think Target could have BRPD detail present. Seems employees at all stores are at risk now.

It seems like every time I drive Siegen late at night, the Racetrack parking lot is full of flashing lights from police cars.
Sometimes, I enjoy sitting in the Target parking lot and watching the prostitution stakeouts behind the Motel 6. It's the same few undercover hooker cops every time.
