My son and I were there this Summer, ate at an Italian restaurant, I believe it was called IFritteli (sp?). I think it is closer to Carrolton, however, worth the drive. We thought it was really good.

If you're there on the weekend, the Glass Cactus, on the property but by the Lake is fun.
There is nowhere in the hotel to dance though. The bartenders throughout are pretty good but be prepared for high priced drinks.
Lonestar draft $5.50-$7.00 depending on bartender.
Little outside bar by the pool is a cool spot.
It's s nice place. The Cowboys all have to stay there the night before home games.
