EATEL customers, request a credit ...

May be worth it to you to call EATEL. Cox is offering slightly less expensive home internet service than what EATEL is offering to its existing customers. Made a quick call and received a $15.00 credit for the next 12 months to match the offer I received from COX.

What was the cost of the Cox internet service with the "less expensive offer"?

Without looking again, approximately $65 with Cox for comparable service I have with EATEL.

ETA: Did you anything in the mail showing cheaper rates from Cox? Just curious if they asked this or you just called.

Thank you, I've been contemplating a change since Eatel has gotten so high but IMO their service is head and shoulders above Cox.
