Easiest way to convert pre-paid Visa to cash?

I was either going to try and send my work email a PayPal request or buy a money order for my wife. Will these methods work?

go to walmart near the self checkouts and look for a ethic group and offer them the 1,000 for $950, they should cough it up

No clue. I linked the cards to my PayPal account. Then I sent the money to the wife and just took a $30 hit on each card. Ain't no alter, baw.
